Elevate HOOPP’s governance practices as the Director of Board Governance Operations. This key leadership role focuses on enhancing the effectiveness of the Board and its committees.
Reporting to the Vice President of Board Secretariat, you will lead Board operations, ensuring effective governance and decision-making support. With a requirement of over 15 years' experience in corporate governance, you will contribute to governance modernization through innovative technologies. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct day-to-day Board operating processes
• Manage the agenda and logistics for Board meetings
• Provide strategic governance advice to key stakeholders
• Execute governance reviews and improvement strategies
• Lead technology initiatives for operational efficiency
Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years in corporate or Board governance roles
• Strong background in governance processes and practices
• Undergraduate degree in Governance or related areas preferred
• Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills
• Advanced proficiency in relevant digital tools and software
