Position: Clio Senior Project Management Role
Take charge of strategic projects as a Senior Project Manager at Clio in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto. Lead and coordinate efforts across teams to achieve business objectives.

As a key member of Clio’s PMO, you will oversee complex, cross-functional projects that drive the company’s growth. Your responsibilities will include fostering strategic alignment and ensuring operational excellence. You'll tackle ambiguity with strategic clarity, guiding teams through challenges and recognizing opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee major projects from conception to execution

• Develop cohesive plans with cross-functional leaders

• Facilitate project discussions with stakeholders

• Conduct needs assessments with workstream leaders

• Identify risks and track issues to mitigate impacts

Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant project management experience

• PMP certification mandatory

• Familiarity with SaaS or tech sectors preferred

• Experience with Gantt charts and roadmaps

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
