Position: Financial Sector Investigations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure completion of high-quality investigations promptly

• Oversee team training and development initiatives

• Monitor and assess investigator caseloads

• Participate in decision-making for investigative leadership

Requirements:

• Five years of people management experience

• Deep understanding of financial services regulations

• Strong leadership and coaching skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
