You will report directly to the Assistant Executive Director and be responsible for achieving funding and accreditation standards across all programs. This role involves leading a high-performing team committed to innovation and growth, ensuring evidence-based services for clients. Your leadership will shape programs that enhance community wellbeing and accessibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain high clinical performance across programs
• Train and mentor Program Management team members
• Explore new funding opportunities for client benefit
• Develop and sustain partnerships with local organizations
• Lead compliance and quality improvement efforts
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree and relevant certification required
• At least 5 years experience in management
• Proven leadership in human services organizations
• Understanding of program budgeting and performance
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team management
