• Track performance measures and KPIs for alignment
• Champion tech enablement to streamline operations
• Build a high-performance culture within CPCE
Requirements:
• Seven years managerial experience in marketing operations
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
• Project Management Professional certification is a plus
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams
• Commitment to service excellence and equity
