Position: Release Manager for Success Offerings
Effectively manage releases for our Success Offerings portfolio in Toronto as a Senior Release Manager. Focus on high-quality execution and stakeholder alignment.

You will take responsibility for the entire release process, from planning to execution, ensuring all features and updates are delivered smoothly. Excellent communication and organizational skills are critical for this role to facilitate internal collaboration and prepare teams for launches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall release planning and coordination

• Oversee the full lifecycle including testing and launch

• Develop and maintain a centralized roadmap with teams

• Facilitate Go-Live plans and readiness assessments

• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in release or program management roles

• Proven experience in managing cross-functional initiatives

• Exceptional organizational and communication capabilities

• Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders

• Familiarity with SaaS business models
