Your new role
As Director, Inside Sales – Canada, you will be responsible for leading and scaling the inside sales function across the Canadian business. This is a highly visible leadership role focused on driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and market share expansion across a large partner ecosystem.
You will lead a team of inside sales and support managers, overseeing outbound sales execution,
customer engagement, and performance management across multiple segments including SMB, mid-market, NSP, and consumer.
Key responsibilities include:Driving revenue, margin, and product mix performance while owning key P&L leversLeading segmentation and coverage models across diverse customer segmentsManaging productivity metrics including outbound activity, utilization, profit per FTE, and pipeline performanceEstablishing a disciplined approach to CRM pipeline management, forecasting, and sales executionLeading go-to-market strategies to increase market share across 4,000+ Canadian partnersActing as a senior cross-functional leader across sales, marketing, operations, and vendor teamsDriving operational improvements, including systems, tools, and process enhancements (including AI-enabled solutions)Ensuring best-in-class customer SLAs and support experienceParticipating in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning cyclesServing as a “chief coach” aligned to a people-first development philosophy, mentoring and growing talent across the organizationWhat you'll need to succeed5+ years of leadership experience managing inside sales or sales support teamsExperience with in technology distribution, VAR, MSP, tel, or adjacent ecosystemsProven track record of managing large teams and driving performance against revenue and margin targetsStrong understanding of CRM-driven sales environments, pipeline management, and forecasting disciplineExperience influencing product mix, portfolio strategy, and overall P&L ouesDemonstrated ability to build and execute go-to-market strategiesStrong analytical mindset with experience leveraging performance data to drive improvementsWhat you'll get in return
