Operational Leadership and Excellence

  • Process and System Improvement

  • Enhance workflows including inventory accuracy, labour optimization, and visual merchandising routines.
  • Introduce tools and processes that support effective field execution.
  • Lead change management initiatives that strengthen consistency and operational excellence across locations.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, HR, and supply chain to align operations with business strategy.
  • Ensure strong feedback loops from the field to support timely decision-making.
  • Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of progressive multi-unit leadership in specialty retail, lifestyle brands, or premium retail.

  • Proven ability to elevate service standards and improve execution across multiple locations.

  • Strong background in process improvement and building scalable operational systems.

  • Demonstrated success leading District/Area Managers and supporting teams through growth and change.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; collaborative and adaptable.

  • A strategic yet hands-on leader who thrives in customer-focused retail environments.
