Project Management Skills

  • 10+ years experience with Project management.
  • Demonstrated experience ensuring the integration with related corporate and client cluster policies/standards.
  • Demonstrated experience developing complex project budgets based on multiple funding channels.
  • Demonstrated experience gathering and developing requirements to create and maintain project schedules and integrated plans.
  • Demonstrated experience developing project charters.
  • Demonstrated experience with identifying and defining architectural requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience with change management.
  • Demonstrated experience identifying risks and providing proper mitigation strategies.
    • Technical Skills
  • Demonstrated experience with the design of new enterprise and application layers.
  • Ability to define, identify, and describe information architectural requirements with clients Demonstrated experience with common, consistent, shareable, re-usable, and extensible data structures.
    • Communication and Leadership
  • Proven ability to lead organizational development, strategy development, and business planning.
  • Demonstrated experience with onboarding team members in various disciplines, clarifying roles and responsibilities, and setting task/deliverable/performance expectations for resources.
  • Strong experience ensuring knowledge is shared among team members such as project objectives and deliverables are met.
  • Working knowledge resolving resourcing and interpersonal conflicts, negotiating changes to resourcing.
