Automotive Business Manager (Financial Services Manager)

Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM SRT is looking to hire a Business Manager to join our expanding division. Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM SRT experience is preferred but not mandatory. A minimum of 2 years of Automotive Experience is required.

Our approach requires dedicated staff that are looking to develop long-term relationships, striving towards business excellence, which we are lucky to have, now, we need a strong leader to continue to grow this already expanding dealership!

Responsibilities:

• Working in a timely fashion to get clients' credit approved.
• Evaluating and assessing the customer’s credit via information provided to them as well as credit bureau history.
• Accurate funding processes.
• Knowledgeable in the products we offer and sell such as extended warranty, vehicle rust protection, etc.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with the products offered by different lenders and strong, honest relationships with lenders.
• Ability to analyze pre owned vehicle inventory and have knowledge on market values.
• Knowledge in understanding credit bureaus.
• Honest, positive work ethic.
