You will manage a regional team of 15–17 Study Management Associates, reporting to the CSL SMAO Director.

Your role includes ensuring effective study operations through performance management and resource allocation. Mentorship is key, enabling associates to thrive in their careers while ensuring compliance with global regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of clinical studies with excellence

• Perform stakeholder feedback collection and performance assessments

• Develop career growth plans for team members

• Ensure strategic resource management and adaptability

• Contribute to the creation of training curriculums and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in healthcare/science

• 8+ years of experience in clinical research, with 6+ in management

• 3+ years of direct people management experience

• Excellent influencing and communication skills

• Proficient understanding of ICH, GCP, and regulatory environments
