Join Tonal as a Senior Field Operations Manager, focusing on optimizing delivery and service quality across the U.S. This role encompasses strategic planning and operational execution.
In this position, you will lead internal teams that ensure compliance and operational performance across our service network. You will define the roadmap for field operations and enhance the customer experience for both B2B and consumer journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development and execution of operational strategies
• Optimize service quality through effective provider management
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
• Analyze data to elevate KPIs, including installation quality
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver seamless operations
Requirements:
• 7-10 years in operational leadership roles
• Proven experience with complex last mile logistics
• Proficient in strategic planning and execution
• Demonstrated skill in leading diverse teams
• Familiarity with large hardware installation processes
