Project Manager for Emergency Services at BELFOR

In this position, you will report to the General Manager and be the key contact for customers during restoration projects. Your expertise will help drive revenue while ensuring compliance with safety and insurance regulations. Experience in project management, leadership, and customer service is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage estimates in alignment with BELFOR policies
• Oversee the execution of high-risk and complex projects
• Facilitate communication between clients, subcontractors, and consultants
• Ensure compliance with safety and legislative requirements
• Conduct site meetings to maintain project momentum
Requirements:
• At least 3 years experience in project management
• Capability in construction and insurance-related projects
• Proficiency with Xactimate and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Availability for evenings and on-call duties as needed
