As Manager of the Indigenous Systems and Negotiations Unit, you will oversee negotiations that focus on developing child and family services within Indigenous-led frameworks across Ontario. The position is vital as you will guide a team of negotiators and engage deeply with First Nations, Inuit, and Métis partners. Your leadership will directly influence the ministry’s work towards reconciliation and community support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead negotiations for Indigenous child service frameworks
• Advise on negotiation mandates while ensuring legal alignment

Requirements:
