Key Responsibilities:
• Lead an administrative team of five Team Leads
• Streamline processes to optimize efficiency across offices
• Manage hiring, onboarding, and training of staff
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards
• Coordinate office events and functions across locations
Requirements:
• 5+ years of leadership experience in multi-office settings
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and MS Teams
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to thrive in an agile work environment
