Position

Manager, Office Operations (Greater Toronto Area). This replacement role involves travel across Toronto, Oakville, and Markham and includes the following responsibilities:

  • Lead an administrative team of five Team Leads, and with the Manager, oversee 30+ staff across multiple offices.
  • Hire, onboard, train, guide and coach team members.
  • Manage administrative activities and office operations, aligning them with firm goals.
  • Streamline processes across offices, implement best practices, and support all service lines to maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with leaders to ensure effective client service delivery.
  • Coordinate with service line leaders to provide efficient administrative solutions.
  • Promote a positive work environment, teamwork, open communication, and high engagement.
  • Handle facilities management, renovations, relocations, repairs, maintenance, and supplies.
  • Monitor and evaluate office processes, identify improvements, and implement consistent practices across locations.
  • Manage office expenses, review and approve supplier invoices.
  • Participate in budget planning for office expenses.
  • Serve as the central contact for internal communication within GTA offices.
  • Organize and coordinate office events such as conferences and social gatherings.
  • Maintain facilities and administrative etiquette standards for a top‑tier experience of employees and guests.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, health and safety, and security requirements.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of proven exemplary leadership of an administrative team, preferably in a multi‑office environment.
  • Experience in virtual leadership and cultivating team collaboration.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to foster a positive, inclusive work environment and communicate at all levels.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role, overseeing operations across multiple offices.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Teams, Excel; experience with Workday is an asset.
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional client service with high attention to detail.
  • Adaptability and leadership in a constantly changing business environment.
  • Process improvement mindset focused on innovating ways of working and improving the end‑user experience.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment.
Compensation

Expected range: $75,000 – $113,000 annually.
