Key Responsibilities:

• Own product vision and multi-year strategy for the Engagement tribe

• Lead and mentor a team of Directors and Associate Directors

• Manage hybrid operating environments and specialized squads

• Develop prioritization frameworks balancing short- and long-term goals

• Establish metric frameworks connecting customer behavior to outcomes

Requirements:

• Proven track record in B2C product management

• Experience growing teams of product managers

• Customer-focused mindset with demonstrative product judgment
