Oracle SCM Managed Services Manager

Lead managed services for clients at Huron Consulting Group as an Oracle SCM Managed Services Consulting Manager. Oversee deliverables, enhance client relationships, and drive operational success in a team-oriented environment.

As a manager in the SCM department, you will guide service delivery to approximately ten clients, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards. You will manage incident resolution processes, implement quarterly upgrades, and boost team performance while identifying process improvement opportunities. Your leadership will be crucial for service quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee managed services delivery and performance metrics

• Collaborate on incident resolution with cross-functional teams

• Strategize and implement new features during quarterly upgrades

• Support automation testing for SCM regression processes

• Lead and develop a high-performing managed services team

Requirements:

• 10+ years of Oracle SCM Cloud system experience

• Strong background in Procurement, Order Management, and Inventory

• Knowledge of REDWOOD implementation preferred

• Experience in managed services or multi-client environments

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent
