As a Manager at EY, you'll play a pivotal role in our expanding Climate Change and Sustainability practice. You will lead EHS advisory engagements by scoping, executing, and delivering complex client outcomes. Strong collaboration with senior client stakeholders ensures clear communication of EHS considerations into business impacts and actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver complex EHS advisory engagements from scoping to execution

• Translate technical EHS concepts into business implications

• Lead and facilitate client meetings with senior stakeholders

• Develop high-quality written deliverables and presentations

• Manage day-to-day execution across multiple work streams

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety

• 5-8+ years of consulting or project management experience

• Bilingual in English and French is required

• Exposure to EHS management systems and platforms

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
