In this managerial role, you will implement and operationalize key workforce management initiatives. Working closely with clinical and operational leaders, you will ensure sustainable workforce practices across multi-site, unionized settings. Your strong analytical skills will empower you to assess workforce metrics and translate data into actionable insights for improved performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead workforce management system implementation and testing
• Collaborate with stakeholders for system-enabled workflows
• Prepare data and oversee issue resolution post-implementation
• Design future-state workforce management processes
• Develop scheduling policies and align with operational needs
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Health Administration or related field
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and scheduling
• Proven leadership in implementing workforce strategies
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments
