Your expertise will help in coaching and developing team members while maintaining compliance with MCAP policies and risk objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage weekly funding reports and documentation verification

• Ensure team understands MCAP policies for asset quality

• Identify procedural changes affecting productivity

• Maintain communication to resolve escalated documentation issues

• Monitor all activities for compliance with MCAP processes

Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience in the residential mortgage industry

• 5 years’ leadership experience required

• Strong decision-making and negotiation skills

• Exceptional communication skills in both languages
