Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the Building Control Centre (BCC), managing essential life safety systems, and leading a knowledgeable team. This position demands comprehensive oversight of building operations, including compliance management and direct coordination of emergency responses. Your skills will play a crucial role in fostering a reliable and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Building Control Centre and system functionality
• Manage Fire & Life Safety systems across buildings
• Coordinate service requests and emergency responses
• Facilitate maintenance of building systems and compliance
• Conduct environmental assessments and reporting
Requirements:
• 3rd or 4th Class Power Engineer Technical Certificate
• Minimum 5 years in commercial high-rise operations
• Exceptional problem-solving and leadership abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
