Position: AI Program Supervisor at Skills for Change

In this full-time role, you'll manage daily operations and enhance program delivery for newcomers and equity-seeking groups. Proven experience in workforce programs, project management, and leveraging technology for efficiency will be key. Strong leadership and communication skills will facilitate collaboration across departments and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the AI Upskilling Program

• Monitor program outcomes and KPIs

• Support automation and process enhancements

• Coordinate training schedules and logistics

• Engage with cross-departmental initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum three years in educational program operations

• Two years supervising staff in a unionized setting

• Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and Power Automate

• Experience working with underserved communities

• Understanding of AI tools and equity-focused practices
