As the Director of Contracts, you will handle a substantial pipeline of 40-100 contracts valued between $100M to $1B+. This position requires demonstrating expertise in drafting, managing, and optimizing contracts, ensuring alignment with compliance, risk management, and operational capacity. You will lead a high-performing team, elevating contract administration to strategic advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high-volume contract pipeline across North America

• Lead drafting and negotiation of agreements and proposals

• Implement AI-driven process optimizations for contracts

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws

• Develop and mentor contracts team for optimal performance

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in contract management

• Proven success with multi-year, complex contracts

• Strong background with utilities and public agencies
