Egis Canada is seeking a seasoned Senior Commercial Director to manage all commercial aspects of major projects. This role requires at least 15 years of experience in Commercial Management and a strong background in contract negotiations and financial oversight. The successful candidate will provide leadership, mentor staff, and drive process improvements within project teams to ensure all operations align with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the JV’s commercial representative with clients and partners

• Lead and mentor contract and risk management teams

• Oversee all contractual processes and compliance measures

• Manage change orders and verify financial administration

• Develop risk management frameworks and address claim-related issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in Commercial Management

• Bilingual in French and English is a strong asset

• Previous leadership training and experience

• Chartered status or membership in a professional body desirable
