This position involves overseeing the global delivery of a VoC Measurement Evolution program. You'll design enterprise-wide frameworks and work closely with cross-functional teams, driving standardization and governance. Your expertise will shape insights that influence corporate strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead delivery of the global VoC program
• Develop VoC frameworks like NPS and CSAT
• Establish standards and governance for VoC
• Oversee survey optimization and dashboard rollout
• Manage stakeholders and executive reporting
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Program Management or CX Transformation
• Experience with enterprise programs in regulated industries
• Strong understanding of VoC metrics and measurement
• Proficiency in Medallia or similar platforms
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
This role combines program management and customer insights to drive success in a dynamic, global setting.
