Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the project lifecycle and stakeholder communications
• Enhance frameworks to improve project delivery processes
• Use scheduling tools to manage project timelines
• Monitor project costs and financial performance
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and resolve impediments
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of the Banking Industry
• Proven Project Manager and Scrum Master experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks:
Scrum and Kanban
• CSM and PMP certifications are advantageous
