We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 7–10 years in Learning & Development, ideally within Banking or Financial Services. You will manage a range of learning formats, including eLearning and instructor-led training, while implementing strategies aligned with business goals. Your leadership will ensure successful project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and execution of L&D projects
• Drive strategies for various learning formats
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure governance by tracking risks and issues
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence for support
Requirements:
• 7–10 years in project management in L&D
• Proven experience in Banking or Financial Services
• MS Project and MS Office proficiency
• Agile and SCRUM knowledge
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
