Shape data-driven decisions at RBC as the Senior Manager of Performance Insights. Lead the development of impactful metrics and dashboards to enhance operational performance across TEO.
In this pivotal role, you’ll spearhead the creation of new metrics and insights that drive continuous improvement. Engage directly with our Operations Centres to develop a unified performance view and partner with Transformation teams, fostering collaboration to produce valuable insights for leadership. Enhance existing performance metrics while integrating AI solutions for greater operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define performance metrics representing Service Levels, Efficiency, Accuracy, and Resiliency
• Plan and evolve dashboards to enhance data visualization and reporting
• Collaborate with Operations and Transformation teams for metric integration
• Consult on performance improvement strategies across TEO lines of business
• Systematize data integration and management routines with AI
Requirements:
• 5+ years in performance management, ideally within RBC
• Experience developing executive content and visual storytelling
• High business and financial acumen
• Proven project management experience in complex environments
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships
