As a Lead Grower, you will oversee all horticultural operations and ensure the quality of crops through innovative practices. You’ll manage environmental control systems and lead a team of grow supervisors and laborers in collaboration with functional teams. This role requires analyzing crop performance and implementing effective irrigation and pest management systems.

• Oversee cultivation, propagation, and harvesting of crops

Requirements:
