Key Responsibilities Formulate national sales plans and growth initiatives

Develop and mentor a cohesive internal team

Lead creative strategies that will drive the company's success and market positioning
Requirements 10+ years in commercial management or marketing
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred
Solid experience in P&L; accountability
Familiarity with CPG or FMCG markets
Robust presentation and financial skills
