Director of OHTN Cohort Study Management

Lead the Ontario HIV Treatment Network as Director of the OHTN Cohort Study. This role emphasizes managing longitudinal studies while ensuring data quality and stakeholder engagement.

As the Director, you will report to the Senior Director, Programs, overseeing a collaborative team in maintaining the integrity of the largest HIV cohort in Ontario. You are responsible for managing a diverse group that includes data analysts and biostatisticians while implementing innovative sub-studies. Your leadership will strengthen connections with testing programs, community organizations, and health policy leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the annual budget for the OHTN Cohort Study

• Oversee coordination of OCS committees and strategic partnerships

• Develop recruitment and data collection strategies

• Ensure adherence to data handling policies and quality assurance

• Present research findings to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in public health or related field

• At least 5 years managing research programs

• Strong background in statistical analysis and data manipulation

• Experience using cloud-based data solutions

• Proven team-building and mentoring capabilities
