Contract Manager for Landmark Projects

Lead contract management at Plan Group and make an impact in the construction industry. We're seeking a seasoned Contract Manager with strong negotiation skills and expertise in risk management.

As a Contract Manager at Plan Group, you will oversee contract negotiations, compliance, and risk mitigation for large-scale projects. With a degree in Business Administration or a related field and at least 5-8 years of contract management experience, your leadership will drive success for our most significant initiatives. You will work closely with our in-house legal team to ensure adherence to standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead contract negotiations, drafting, and execution processes

• Identify and address risks, providing strategic solutions

• Advise senior management on contractual issues and resolutions

• Manage claims, disputes, and record-keeping effectively

• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with contract terms

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or Law

• 5–8 years of contract management experience

• 3–5 years in Design Build, Design-Assist, or P3 projects

• Strong grasp of contract law and risk management

• Proven leadership and organizational skills
