The ideal candidate will possess over 8 years of logistics leadership, including experience with regulated and temperature-sensitive industries. This role focuses on diagnosing inefficiencies, scaling operations, and ensuring compliance with US import regulations while managing multiple hub operations across major US cities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve existing logistics inefficiencies

• Manage cross-border shipping and customs clearance

• Lead multi-site operational strategies and improvements

• Utilize TMS and WMS for data-driven decisions

• Direct hiring and development of logistics teams

Requirements:

• 8+ years in logistics or supply chain leadership

• 3+ years in a director role preferred

• Experience with temperature-controlled distributions

• Bachelor's degree or related experience

• Proficiency in regulatory frameworks for pharmaceuticals
