Reporting to the Director of Global Clinical Operations, this role entails overseeing the creation and management of clinical trial budgets across various therapeutic areas. As a Senior Manager, you'll contribute to impact assessments on study budgets, negotiate with CROs, and facilitate timely site activation. Your analytical expertise will ensure adherence to financial principles while supporting Clinical Operations throughout the study lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage site budgets for multiple clinical trials

• Oversee strategic planning and support for Clinical Operations teams

• Utilize Fair Market Value benchmarks for budget forecasting

• Act as lead contact for CRO budget negotiations

• Monitor and ensure adherence to clinical trial timelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in site budget negotiations

• Strong knowledge of Grant Manager and financial analysis

• Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

• Familiarity with outsourced models and CRO oversight

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
