At TD, you will oversee audit engagement activities, ensuring comprehensive risk coverage across multiple areas. Your leadership will drive the development and implementation of audit strategies, as well as foster relationships with key enterprise partners to fulfill audit objectives. This role involves a strong focus on compliance, as well as coaching and guiding team members to enhance performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement holistic audit strategies
• Manage multiple audit engagement work activities
• Review and sign off on all audit activities
• Provide counsel on audit issues and emerging trends
• Lead team in developing policies and processes
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree required
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong background in audit and risk management
• Proven leadership capabilities in managing teams
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
