This senior leadership position reports directly to the Vice President of Program Operations and is responsible for overseeing multifaceted programs including Employment and Newcomer Services. You will champion a client-centered and trauma-informed approach while fostering collaboration and accountability. This role is vital in aligning operations with organizational goals and community needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic oversight for a multi-program portfolio

• Ensure program quality and effective service delivery

• Develop and implement funding proposals and partnerships

• Manage program budgets and reporting

• Enhance team performance and organizational growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• 7-10 years in program operations leadership

• Experience in community-based programming

• Strong financial management skills

• Excellent communication and engagement abilities
