Collaborate with the CEO and Board on operational matters to enhance governance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic operating plans

• Oversee financial operations, budgeting, and audits

• Ensure operational efficiency across all sites

• Lead IT infrastructure and cybersecurity practices

• Provide executive oversight for client services and programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field;
Master’s preferred

• 8–12+ years of senior leadership experience

• Strong financial and operational management expertise

• Experience in nonprofit governance and risk management

• Proven ability to lead multi-site operations
