Drive the strategic vision for operational resilience as the Director at RBC in Toronto, Canada. Focus on business continuity management and ensure organizational preparedness during disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee global Operational Resilience programs
• Monitor and assess Operational Resilience outcomes
• Conduct complex resilience and scenario analyses
• Coordinate cross-platform IT and disaster recovery efforts
• Facilitate regulatory and audit engagements efficiently
Requirements:
• 12-15+ years’ experience in BCM or Non-Financial Risk
• Experience leading resilience uplift initiatives
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with incident management tools
