Operational Resilience Director

Position: Operational Resilience Director Role at RBC

In this leadership role, you will manage BCM programs across RBC’s platforms. With around 12-15 years in the field, you'll implement standardized methodologies while ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks. Elevate resilience through training initiatives and performance metrics reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee global Operational Resilience programs

• Monitor and assess Operational Resilience outcomes

• Conduct complex resilience and scenario analyses

• Coordinate cross-platform IT and disaster recovery efforts

• Facilitate regulatory and audit engagements efficiently

Requirements:

• 12-15+ years’ experience in BCM or Non-Financial Risk

• Experience leading resilience uplift initiatives

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements

• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders

• Familiarity with incident management tools
