As a Manager overseeing Line Maintenance East, you’ll be responsible for the leadership and management of maintenance stations. Working in collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure the execution of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in accordance with compliance standards. Focused on operational reliability, your leadership will be critical in contributing to the airline's mission of accessible air travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee adherence to safety and operational standards

• Collaborate with maintenance partners for performance evaluation

• Manage third-party maintenance compliance

• Conduct audits to maintain high operational standards

• Participate in daily defect meetings and updates

Requirements:

• Valid Transport Canada AME M2 licence is needed

• Minimum six years of line maintenance experience

• Two years of leadership experience required

• Experience with budget planning and KPI monitoring is preferred

• Clear criminal record check required
