Key Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise union labour according to policies

• Schedule equipment and manage labor calls

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines

• Prepare and track labor requirements for jobs

• Collaborate with other supervisors to coordinate activities

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Two years of relevant supervisory experience

• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to travel regularly in Canada
