Job Description & How to Apply Below

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Transformation team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Toronto. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

As the Canada Transformation Office Leader, you will help shape and deliver the region’s most important strategic priorities. This is a highly visible leadership role that will work closely with Canada’s senior executive team, focused on turning strategy into execution-driving outcomes, enabling change, and building momentum across the business.

This is an opportunity to lead the Transformation Office team in Canada, oversee delivery of high‑impact initiatives, serve as a key connector between Canada leadership and broader enterprise transformation efforts and shape how Canada executes strategy‑building the operating rhythm, governance, and storytelling that drives results.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Canada Transformation Office team, setting clear direction, priorities, and a high‑performance culture
  • Drive execution of high‑profile, cross‑functional initiatives from concept through delivery—ensuring scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies are actively managed
  • Partner with Canada business leaders to define transformation roadmaps and solve complex, ambiguous problems with practical, actionable plans
  • Align Canada initiatives with broader cross‑regional strategy, ensuring consistency while tailoring approaches to local business needs
  • Create executive‑ready narratives and materials (e.g., updates, business cases, progress reporting, and stakeholder communications) that clearly "tell the story" and accelerate decision‑making
  • Represent the Transformation Office for Canada, acting as a trusted advisor and point of connection across stakeholders and teams
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, finance, banking, project/program management, consulting, or a related role
  • 4+ years of people leadership experience, with a track record of building, coaching, and motivating teams
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading organizational change, transformation, or large‑scale initiatives (does not need to be a dedicated transformation role)
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to and influencing senior leaders
  • A self‑starter mindset with urgency, curiosity, and sound judgment—able to navigate ambiguity, connect dots quickly, and propose solutions
  • Proven ability to work across functions, manage competing priorities, and drive progress through stakeholders without direct authority
Benefits
  • We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.
  • We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.
  • Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well‑being.
