Environmental Manager

Take on an impactful role as an Environmental Manager at Quad Real in Toronto, ON, focusing on environmental due diligence and portfolio management. Lead a team while overseeing critical environmental issues across assets.

The Environmental Manager will report to the VP, Environment, Health and Safety, and closely collaborate with both Domestic and International Teams. You will manage asbestos, groundwater, air quality, and mould issues while supporting environmental initiatives and reporting for assets in Canada and the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead environmental due diligence for international assets

• Oversee domestic portfolio management including asbestos management

• Coordinate Annual Sustainability and EHS Reporting

• Track evolving environmental regulations and portfolio impact

• Mentor junior staff and foster team collaboration

Requirements:

• Degree in Environmental Studies with focus on Health and Safety

• 5–10 years of environmental experience, real estate preferred

• Minimum 4 years of management experience

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Share Point
