Key Responsibilities:

• Lead environmental due diligence for international assets

• Support US asset management with environmental issues

• Oversee asbestos management and groundwater monitoring

• Coordinate sustainability and EHS reporting with partners

• Maintain centralized records of environmental reports and data

Requirements:

• Degree in Environmental Studies or related field

• 5-10 years of environmental experience, real estate preferred

• Minimum of 4 years in people management roles

• Strong communication and relationship management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
