As the Associate Director for Membership & Community Experience, you will play a key role in enhancing customer service initiatives and overseeing the Membership team. Leveraging over 7 years of relevant experience, you will implement engaging strategies to optimize member retention and satisfaction. Your leadership will ensure accessibility and accountability within the teams at MNjcc, driving operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and guide the Membership and Community Experience teams
• Develop and evaluate strategies for member engagement
• Foster a culture of collaboration and best practices
• Oversee implementation of service performance metrics
• Facilitate cross-team communication and training opportunities
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years in relevant customer service roles
• Strong business acumen and budget management skills
• Excellent motivational and team-building abilities
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM platforms is an asset
