As a key member of the Group Risk Management team, you will oversee the execution of the BCRM program, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards in a complex environment.
Your role includes providing excellent oversight and facilitating strong partnerships with business leaders to embed risk management practices throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct BCRM program execution and strategy
• Conduct thematic reviews and compliance assessments
• Manage risk insights and reporting for executives
• Strengthen internal controls and monitoring
• Collaborate with stakeholders for successful program outcomes
Requirements:
• Successful track record in BCRM in regulated sectors
• Deep knowledge of risk management frameworks
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation ability
