Key Responsibilities:

• Establish an enterprise-wide operational risk management framework

• Oversee risk governance and reporting mechanisms

• Challenge business areas on risk assessment and management

• Identify operational risk trends and drive continuous improvement

• Advance operational resilience strategies in collaboration with key functions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in technology, finance, or a related field

• Over 10 years in progressively senior risk management roles

• Expertise in operational risk and resilience frameworks

• Solid understanding of technology and third-party risks

• Experience in presenting to executive and Board-level stakeholders
