Lead Innovation Projects

Shape the future of sealing systems with Hamilton Kent as a Project Leader, Innovation. This Toronto-based hybrid role focuses on leading product development in the pipe industry.

You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of innovative projects using the Stage-Gate methodology. Engage with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet strategic objectives and customer needs.

Your role will involve key financial analysis, market research, and stakeholder presentations to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product development initiatives

• Foster collaboration across multiple company departments

• Develop project timelines and resource plans

• Conduct market research to define product parameters

• Report project status and insights to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial) or Business

• 2–5 years of relevant project management experience

• Strong skills in communication and stakeholder management

• PMP certification is advantageous

• Must qualify for travel to the U.S.
