Your role will focus on launching innovative products that captivate adventure seekers.
As a key leader reporting to the VP of Product & Planning, you’ll be instrumental in developing product strategy guided by data and market trends. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, your expertise will inform our offerings, ensuring they remain competitive and appealing. You’ll play a critical role in linking our fleet and destinations to unique guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct end-to-end product launch activities
• Develop a clear product strategy driven by market analysis
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
• Enhance both onboard and off-ship guest experiences
• Lead and support a high-performing team in achieving goals
Requirements:
• Experienced in product development strategy in fast-paced settings
• Strong analytical and procurement skills
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Travel or experiential services background preferred
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
