TELUS Bursary Program Senior Manager

Become a key player in the TELUS Student Bursary Program as a Senior Program Manager. Drive application processes and develop comprehensive support for students beyond financial aid.

You will work closely with the Executive Director and Foundation team to shape the bursary strategy, managing all aspects of governance, reporting, and budget administration. Your expertise will facilitate the implementation of well-defined selection criteria focused on supporting marginalized students and fostering community impact. Collaboration with various stakeholders will be crucial to achieve program objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer program governance, reporting, and budget oversight

• Create selection criteria focused on financial-need and diversity

• Build relationships with community partners and educational institutions

• Coordinate review committee training and evaluation processes

• Ensure adherence to legal and funding requirements

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of program management experience in charitable foundations

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Experience in a fundraising context is beneficial

• High proficiency in Google applications and AI tools

• Strong English communication skills;
French is a plus
